End of Year News & Events


The teaching year is coming to a close as Miss Dorothy will be out of the state this summer. We have attendance awards, evaluations and promotions, and our in studio workshop all coming the week of June 15-18. It will be a very busy week for us all.

Each student has received updated information about our performances. Please read it carefully and then come in to the studio and sign your student up for as many performances as possible! You can also call Miss Dorothy (745-1204) and sign up over the phone.

Highlights from the handout:

Students arrive no later than 6pm at the studio on the evenings of their performances.

Audience will be seated through the front door (on street) and the shows begin at 6:30

Students who have classes that begin before 6pm will also have class as usual on performance day

Creative Movement and Ballet classes wear pink tights and black leotards. hair in a ballet bun.

Jazz/Hip Hop wears black bike shorts and bright solid shirt. Hair in pony tail or bun/ secured out of face

Be on time, be prepared with clothes, shoes and hair, wear NO-- jewelry, glitter, nail polish, tattoos, clean tights with no holes, name written in shoes
