2 Week Closure for COVID-19

March 15, 2020

Dear Students and Families,

In order to help ensure the safety of our families and community, I have decided to close the Galt Dance Center until March 30. Although I believe the risk of spreading COVID-19 at the studio is low, we will practice social distancing and make the sacrifice that Governor Newsom and the medical experts are asking of us. I will reevaluate our situation in the future as we have more information, and I will provide updates to all of you.

Updates will be posted on the website Calendar and on the News & Info blog link. My email is and my personal cell phone is 916 205-7148 if you have any questions or concerns. You can call 745-1204 at any time as well.

The students have been working hard in class and have been dancing well, so I am hopeful that we can still have a fun, safe and successful Recital on June 20. Please encourage your students to practice the steps that they remember and be positive with them! I would suggest that you have them dance and perform at home to keep them moving and excited about their progress!

With love and appreciation for your patience and wishes for your good health,

Miss Dorothy
